Spring Is Here!

It’s Spring!

The season officially arrived at 7:44 this (March 20) morning. It’s a time of renewal—and a perfect excuse to update our salon newsletter!

For those of you in the Rye area, it’s been quite a day: After a week of fairly mild weather, we awoke to a surprise snowfall of the biggest, most beautiful snowflakes imaginable. Winter’s last hurrah didn’t last long, however. By late morning, the snow was melting, and as of this writing, the sun is shining and there’s nary a snowflake in sight.

Change is definitely afoot—and not just in the outdoors.

As of today, we’re happy to welcome back Debra Parrinello, a wonderful stylist and colorist who was part of our team for several years in the salon’s earlier history. Her professionalism and talent are a perfect addition to our already accomplished staff. For those of you who have never met Debra, we’ll be adding her picture and bio to the website’s Behind The Chair section in not-too-distant future. Make sure and check it out!

Speaking of change . . . the Refer-A-Friend program we tested during the holiday season is now an ongoing salon program!

Your response to the program has been amazing. And why not? It’s a great way to earn discounts for yourself and your friends and recommend the “best” salon around.

Simply tell your friends (or family or strangers) about the salon. Every time one of them visits the salon for the first time and tells us you recommended them, they receive a $10 service discount on their visit, and you earn the same discount on your next visit. It’s a win-win situation—and there’s no limit to the number of discounts you can redeem in one visit! (Just make sure your friends know your first and last name, so we know who recommended them!)
